The Florida Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs is proud to celebrate eight exceptional young people from Boys & Girls Clubs across Florida who have been selected as recipients of the 2026 Coke Florida Refreshing Minds Scholarship℠.
Chosen from among outstanding graduating seniors statewide, these Club members are among the latest students to receive this transformative scholarship opportunity, which provides funding for tuition and most fees at a Florida university, college, or vocational/technical school of their choice.
The students were recognized during a special awards ceremony hosted by Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) on Saturday, June 6, at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando, where scholarship recipients and their families gathered to celebrate this milestone achievement.
Investing in Florida's Future Leaders
The Coke Florida Refreshing Minds Scholarship program was launched through a partnership between Coke Florida and the Florida Prepaid College Foundation to help remove financial barriers and expand educational opportunities for Florida students.
Since its launch in 2023, the program has represented a significant investment in Florida's future workforce and community leaders, providing deserving students with access to higher education and career training opportunities. The Florida Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs has been honored to partner in this effort, helping identify and encourage outstanding Club youth to pursue this life-changing opportunity.
The initiative also supports the Florida Chamber Foundation's Path to Prosperity goals, which focus on expanding economic opportunity and breaking cycles of generational poverty in underserved communities throughout the state.
