After serving as director and CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida for 28 years, Cain, who just celebrated his 68th birthday, is preparing for retirement. Under his leadership beginning in 1994, the Central Florida organization grew to include 40 clubs in six counties serving in excess of 11,000 children per year — and more than 16,000 annually before the pandemic.
